I've been trying to claim the free Endless Dungeon, and various DLC's I've earned, but whenever I try to allow Sega to link to either Steam or Epic I get dumped back to the home page here with an error message.

Apparently I'm not the only one encountering this problem. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
