When I try to end the turn It says "completing Turn" but the AI won't end the turn. I have elcp and World Generator Full Customization mod by Enchanteur. Save file attached Cultists - Turn 157.sav

There are lots of things that could cause this, sadly the easiest solution is just to Alt + F4 and reload the game from last autosave.  If it persists, then its probably something with that mod, which is known to be unstable at higher settings.
