You forgot about WASD moving the camera around in the game world and CTRL + Right Click in battle to issue an attack order after a move order.

Also left out Ctl + click a building to queue that building in all cities at the end of the queue

and

Shift + Click a building to queue that building in all cities at the top of the queue
