Ten years ago, Amplitude set out on a journey to craft the games we love. Back then our founders were already dreaming of Humankind, but they were also dreaming of an entirely different world – vast, fantastical, equally inspiring and intimidating, beautiful and dangerous: The Endless Universe. A galaxy filled with wonders both natural and technological, as well as with relics of untold power scattered among the stars. Spread across this vast expanse are the ruins of an ancient people torn apart by civil war, the remnants of the gods they sacrificed for power, and a substance so rare, so precious, and so powerful it blurs the line between technology and magic: Dust. New contenders for planetary or even galactic dominion rise in the aftermath of this cataclysmic war, drawing on forces few can wield and even fewer truly understand in their bid for power. Many are the heroes (or perhaps villains) of this galaxy, and Endless are the possibilities, the stories, and the legends.
With so many tales to tell and mysteries to uncover, we could not help but add a few more: Introducing Endless Legend – Monstrous Tales and Endless Space 2 – Dark Matter, two new DLCs coming to Steam in February and available for pre-purchase today!
Delve into the myths of Auriga and deal with its (sometimes monstrous) inhabitants, or examine what happened in the final days of the Endless while dealing with the problems and opportunities of running a galactic empire in over a dozen new quests each!
If you’re new to the Endless franchise, and you’re not sure if you’d like the Endless Universe or any of the games in it, not to worry: To celebrate our anniversary, the Endless games are free to play this weekend, from today at 19:00 CET to Monday, January 25th at 19:00 CET! If you enjoy your time in the Endless Universe, now is a great time to pick up any of our titles - Especially since from today until Sunday, the special Endless Day quests and events are live in all three games! If you really liked the games, maybe you even want to pick up one of the new Definitive Editions for Endless Legend or Endless Space 2 that include all the DLC, even the ones only announced today!
We know many of you are excited for the future of the Endless Universe, and our upcoming rogue-lite Endless Dungeon. So are we, and we are especially excited to share some of its creation with you, so today we have a new vote for you! It's getting pretty tough to talk about that amazing* announcement trailer when so many parts of it don’t even have a known name yet, not even the most common ones. So let’s give these creeping critters a name!

Finally, if Endless Dungeon is just a little too far in the future for you still, and you are feeling a little more old-school, we’ve got a nostalgic double-dose for you: We’re taking Arnaud’s excellent electronic soundtrack for Dungeon of the Endless, and pressing it on the most analogue medium we could find, a vinyl record!
