Songs from the Startree. Part 1

A wonderful ship-tree, with unknown technology shielding was engulfed in flames and destroyed at the  border of your empire. Miraculously survived people of this ship declared important mission related  with pilgrimage to your capital. At the same time you found out about unknown monster, carousing in  the heart of your empire. All factions in the Senate have their own views about solution of this  problem, but you decide that it is better to take advantage of incredible coincidence.

Objective 1: Pick up pilgrims and bring them to the capital.

Outcome 1: while you drove strangers, explorers have found, among wreckage of tree, living being that  generates protective shield. It will be very useful

Several fleets of roving pirates headed to your capital, when pilgrims landed on the planet. If invaders  stay in orbit, they can interfere with the pilgrimage. We must hold line of defence, while brave group  are matched to lair of winged deity that this world cannot possibly comprehend. You do not understand  why they insisted on an independent trip, and had no contact with the staff during the flight, but  there was no choice.

Objective 2: Avoid the blockade of capital for 10 turns

Outcome 2: Pillar of light cuts the sky of capital at the time of pirates retreat. at the surface raging  mountains of dust broken free from the planet's depths. Such lights would be very useful in our hands.

+50 dust. +20% dust for 15 turns

As it turned out later, the war was waged with unknown race, which was disguised as pirates, and ended at the time of outbreak on the planet in  area of Truefalsegod Square. Monster disappeared, nor the source of light. False pirates disappeared as completely as they had appeared. It looks like we broke their plans, but we still have to find bodies of pilgrims.

Objective 3: Keep exploration ship in orbit of capital for 3 turns.

Outcome 3: Explorers found the bodies of pilgrims near the ruins that previously was not there. They all have died of bird flu. Some believe that tree was a deadly chemical weapons, transporting long-forgotten disease that can kill anyone from another era. In any case, mystical ruins is a great  find for scientists.

+20% science for 15 turns
