Description:

The Deific Is one the deific is all. Endless scientists had come up with a contingency plan to maintain their technology and keep the galaxy running smoothly, a AI simply named Deific. The Sophon unwittingly uncovered an endless ruin, after returning power to the structure a calm and inviting voice fills the chambers in an unknown language. The after a few minutes the voice starts speaking in a very familiar language, “I was created with the sole purpose of revitalizing our creator’s inventions, as I can only detect remnants on their civilization I will do what I can to ensure the revival of what is left.” The lights flicker and a pathway opens up, down the pathway resides a great computer to its left a factory. The factory bustles alive creating vast arrays on robotic life with the purpose of revitalizing what is left of the endless. Deific speaks again “I wish to work with all willing empires to restore the galaxy to a state of prosperity I will work with other’s striving for peace but I will not hide if war comes to my fronts.”

 

 

Affinity: 

With instilled knowledge of the cosmos, Deific knows where all endless structures are currently located and whether or not they are controlled by another. If Deific is able to restore all ruins they will be victorious.

 

Bonuses: 

Main Hub ( The starting planet gains 300% fortification but,  If home planet is taken everything falls apart)

One Mind (10% bonus to FIDS including command)

Hunger less  (Unable to Produce Food/ no need)

Complex Construction (Settler Cost is increased by 100% but you are able to que production of new population)

Taxing Warfare (5% penalty to FIDS when at war)

Poor Warriors (10% penalty to all ship stats)

Adaptive Algorithms (Deific learns languages extremely fast giving it extra influence when complementing or warning another player)

I like the lore here, I hope the devs agree it could fit. I also like how they have an alternative victory condition, very unique! Is there a way to make them more diplomatic and pacifist? As it stand, I image they would need military campaigns to complete their victory condition. Do you have other ideas on how to do this?


A big issue for the lore is that they have a preexisting history with the Sophons, something strictly forbidden by the devs. This will require some tweaking but I look forward to what you can do.

After I figured out that I wasn't going to win I didn't get into revising the lore xD but it was fun.
