Notes : - The number of probes could vary depending on the number of empires in the galaxy (we could imagine 40/35/30/25/20/15/10 probes per empire if there are 2/3/4/5/6/7/8 empires on the map) or the achievement could be tied to 8 empires on a huge galaxy (the problem being that I don't want to be too harsh to the people who won't have computers powerful enough to be able to beat this) ; 

             - Beside the strategic advantages vision can provide you, this achievement is made to be funny : imagine during a game you suddenly see waves and waves of probes in your empire (especially if the number of probes had to be 40 per empire)... I would be frightened... 

             - It says 10 probes per empire simply because I didn't wan't a player to easily accumulate scout vessels and launch probes safely in its empire (it's must be a bit challenging ).
