Notes : - The ratio could vary (maybe 95/10 could be even more interesting ^^), but the idea is to concentrate your influence in a single place during the endgame, a system whose sole purpose is to produce influence  (it could be challenging to create such a system on the long run, simply because a fully developed system will produce a lot of fids by itself...). I have chosen the United Empire as the main candidate for this achievement because it can produce and use influence more efficiently and is reminiscent of the Galactic Empire. Maybe another faction could try this. What do you think ?

             - This achievement is a reference to Trantor, the capital planet of the Galactic Empire in the Galactic Empire and Foundation Series (by Isaac Asimov). This city/planet is remarkable for its enormous population and the facts that all inhabitants serve administrative purposes and that the planet can't survive by itself, being a densely-populated ecumenopolis (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trantor#Inspired_by_Trantor);

             - The title is a reference to the fact that Isaac Asimov was strongly agoraphobic and as a consequence once said that he would have liked to live on a planet like Trantor ; 

             - I would have liked to replace "system" by "planet" in this achievement, but there aren't a lot of ways to make a sole planet produce much, all of the improvements being at a systemic level.
