  • Reward: Garden of the Firsts(Improvement): Increased Food% on System, Increased Happiness. Low Cost.
  • Increased Ecologist Support.
  • Description: "While we cannot stop the Unfallen from turning into Thirds, we can invest in the Fire that Renews to replenish our Firsts and Seconds. Let us build a new habitat to nurture their youth."
  • Outcome: "With the implementation of Unfallen Rejuventation Project, we have managed to keep their population stable and provide a framework for successive projects. Their nurseries have also a been a source of joy amongst our people, both Unfallen and non-Unfallen."
• Choice 2: Long Sleep: Collect X Guardians.
  • Reward: Reduced Overpopulation.
  • Increased Pacifist Support.
  • Description: "The Heart beckons them, and we should not stop them. We do not know why many of them listen to it's call more now, but we can listen and understand from the Guardians."
  • Outcome: "With the metamorphisis of the Unfallen into Thirds, large parks of our cities are now packed with slumbering giants. Although this experience has not yielded us any knowledge about their reason to slumber, we have learned to understand and accept other's culture and choices."
• Choice 3: Requires Sophons, Z'vali, Deuyivans or Pilgrims: Guiding Light: Research Ultra-Deep Habitats (Or earlier tech).
  • Reward: Reduced Overcolonization.
  • Increased Scientific Support. 
  • Description: "On our voyages across the stars, we have encountered other peoples who have changed our opinions on the world around us. These scientific minds have counseled me to spark the curiosity of the Unfallen with research into the Heart."
  • Outcome: "Our new underground laboratories are now full of aged Unfallen zealously searching for the whispers of the Heart. Through this knowledge, they have connected to the Heart more and learned that it does not matter how far they are from the Heart to hear it's words."

On the chance that this is chosen, any descriptions can be changed to better suit the game. I had originally written this quest in the perspective of the Unfallen, but changing it to a neutral standpoint has lost some of it's charm.
