I am experiencing a strange issue. 

On my homeworld I receive a negative FISD percentage bonus to food, industry, dust and science. (see images below)

The percentage bonus is severe and I'm trying to understand why this is happening. 

My Keii is high, just over 85, and population is devoted.

I searched the internet to see whether there was an explaination. This is my first time playing Hissho (Endless difficulty).

If someone has an explaination, I'd be grateful.

Hissho suffer a malus of 5% FIDS on their Home System (or Best System) for each system above over-colonization threshold. Check faction traits it's in there.
