Quest bug "Reborn"

Hi all!

Im posting here cause i dont know how to report a bug (if anyone can told me an easier way to do it, i would be grateful).

As you can see in te screen, there is a quest that appears when you have Nakalim people in your empire and an option to resolve its to have aprobbation (im playing with a custom Hisho and i choosed it cause i thought it would work with Keei, but nnope).

I dont know the accurated names in english cause im playing in spanish, but i think the quest name is something like "The Reborns".
