It's useful information to know when a major faction has declared war/peace with another (or any diplomatic status change for that matter). Currently, there is no togglable pop-up for when the diplomatic status changes between major factions. It would be nice to have this added to the list of notifications. Pop-ups could be set to only notify of changes between factions you have met.
