Earliest turn when I took both London and Bordeax was 13, but on this stage I couldn't stop Beowulf creating new cities from outposts.
Here I skipped two turns to earn 6 victory points for vassalization. It may be fixed by burning one english outpost, but I'm so lazy to replay, let it be the last one =)
