In Lucy OpenDev notifications offer player either to make unnecessary clicks or to skip important events. And that's annoying. Every damn turn I have to click "acknowledge", that my population grow.

Suggestions:

1) Make an option to see notification texts without autoopening. Just by mouse hover.

2) Make an option to set the types of notifications, that player wish to read.

3) Put more text in notifications on hover:

- curiosity collected (add bonus names and numbers)

- world deed has been locked by another empire (add deed name and empire name)

- era star unlocked (add star name)

- empire 1 (AI) reached the Classical with the Huns (add previous culture name)

- empire 1 feels differently about you (add culture name and new status)

- population gain (add city names on mouse hover)

- the city is no longer growing (add city names on mouse hover)

- a new trade with one of your neighbors (add neighbor name and traded resource)

Plus add notifications when:

- my outpost is built and ready to become a city or to join to another my city

- a free city is ready for assimilation

- one of the players declare war on another player

Thank you so much for your feedback !

Thank you very much for implementing my idea in the game :) You are probably the first devs, who've heard my ideas.

Honestly I'd wish even more control over notifications. For example, I wish to read messages about about attacks on my cities, but not about ransacks. But this is the same types of notifications.

I understand, that this change can make options menu even more complicated for new players, so maybe I'll try to make it in a mod.

Thanks for the message. As you've said, we are definitly looking for finding the right balance to make the menus not too complicated. But be assured that we are considering (however I can make any promise ^^) to add even more control on those.

Have a nice week!
