Since soviet weapons don’t apply huge cs bonus as before, they don’t need such big stability debuff. At least it could be reduced to -2 stability or fully taken away

I found interesting their playstyle (ignoring the fact that Soviets used to be littlerally OP back then), so I would be prone to keep some aspects of their "high risk, high reward" playstyle, while surely keeping their EQ a valid choice without it being overpowered or underpowered. Maybe the Weapons might give a -5 Stability malus, but also some other little type of stacking reward?
