I pre-ordered the game but am unable to get Steam to download the DLC associated with the pre-order.

I've talked with Sega support for a few emails back and forth, verifying game files to no avail.

They recommended that I post here and see what Amplitude can do to help.

Seems to be no movement on it so far, I'm close to requesting a full refund at this point.
