I can confirm the bug. I have the same problem that I can not go to the next round because the button at the bottom right does not disappear after taking care of the event.

The game is currently unplayable for me. Actually there should be a hotfix ASAP. Even if there is workaround, save and reload.

(Edit: there is no workaround - bug still exist after save and reload)

But that doesn't help because the error occurs again and again.

DxDiag is not necessary, I would say, because the game/bug has no technical problems like crashes or other system things.
