Hello all!

We wish we could respond to each thread personally, but we don’t have enough time in the day to do that while still testing. The dev team sees Games2Gether in a different way, where we can add hidden comments for the purposes of putting a bug number on a thread, which helps us keep track of which reports we've read and which ones we have not looked at yet. We often ask for bug reports to get made on Games2Gether rather than Steam or Discord because we have a better way to track issues there. This is hidden however, so makes it hard for all of you to see just how active we are in monitoring bug reports.

To help be more transparent, we are going to start editing thread titles after we read through the issue so it’s clearer where we know about an issue, or where we are looking into it.

Below is a short guide to what the edits to bug thread titles mean. If we feel more is needed, we can update to add more:

[KI] Known Issue. We are aware of this issue, and it has a bug filed in our bug database.
[INV] Investigating. The issue is being looked into by QA to file a bug.

Please note, We may need to make small modifications to your thread titles to accommodate the tags. We are bound to the same 100 character limit too.

It may not be a perfect system, but we hope it provides some more clarity where we have been a bit quiet. Thank you for your patience, and all of the reports you send us!
