We've seen a lot of talk about the AI in Humankind already. While we're well aware of the general opinions about the AI, and we are working hard to improve it, we're looking for more detailed information. We want your feedback to better understand where you see flaws with the current AI and what you consider good AI that is fun to play against.
So, we'd love to hear from you about any situations in which you think the AI could have been better or should have done something differently. Whether this is an odd or unexpected behavior that breaks your immersion and takes you out of the experience, or simply a bad decision the AI made, please let us know about these moments.
When you give us your feedback, please be sure to:
mention if you are talking about another empire, an Independent People, or behavior in battle (ideally put it at the front of your title)
The AI behavior or action you want to point out
What you think the AI should have done in that situation
include screenshots or save games if your talking about a specific single event
This will help us to understand what you expect of the AI and where you see its weakness, and help us create a better experience playing against the AI in the long run.
