Oh sorry. Uhm. UUUUUUUUUUUUUHM. I may have been using my newest ideology mod which I have since updated which will probably prevent it loading because I didn't note which version I was using. I do apologize. I posted this and then meant to check and find that out.
It was I think using Clergyment, Ideology Overhaul (3.0 with ES imagery) Nin's overhaul of Tenant, and maybe Slavery as a Civic.
