Unable to resolve combat or end turn afterward

Description

Not sure, combat was resolving normally in previous turns but then this one got stuck. It appears to happen at every location in the system. I click Fight and the hourglass just spin forever. Can't end the turn either.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load attached save

2. Select fleet at any number of locations (Yisel / Giazar / Talitha) and click Attack.

3. Choose any options and click Fight.

Notes

This is a save migrated from 1.0.1 to 1.0.4 due to resource harvesting bug, then back to 1.0.3 due to stuck combat bug, then forward to 1.0.5 because why not. I don't know if this had influence on bugging the game out or not. Maybe I will go back to 1.0.3 again.

I hope devs fix this game breaking bug soon. I tried rolling back to 1.01 of no avail.

I gave up my playthrough because of this.

I haven't experienced anaythig like that...for now.

happens with diplomacy sometimes as well
