I have linked both twitch/steam and obtained the Victor OpenDev drop. I am unable to find it within my steam library and the play button does not appear on the store page either. I played the LucyDev without issue.

To play the game, you have to redeem the Victor OpenDev reward on this page.

At the top of the page, you can click on the button "Redeem it on steam".

For me, it's not there. Synced Steam, public profile, etc... 

Same problem here, Lucy worked, but not Victor.

I'm having the same issue, nothing appears on my rewards screen. HELP!
