At the end of a turn, I can't pass because of the diplomatic request of another player I already answer still being in the waiting list. It happened to me in other games, with various Civlization, in this one, I was the Franks in multiplayer (client).
Step to reproduce
make a request for a territory the other empire (Mongol light blue)
wait for it to dismiss it and say no to war
quit the diplomatic menu
finish your turn, or at least try to
diplomatic information about mongol refusing your demand is still there and can't be answer and won't disapear.
